Aaron Moscoe, LL.B. – Chief Executive Officer

As co-founder of The Promotional Specialists in 1988, Aaron has developed unique and well recognized expertise in the promotional products, premium and incentive industry. A growing loyal client base is testimony to an unparalleled commitment to client results. Aaron insists that all activities are consistent with The Promotional Specialists partnership approach to business. As past Vice President of the Ontario Promotional Products Association, Aaron also believes in contributing to the development of the promotional products industry as a whole.


Andrew Rotenberg, B.A., B.A.S., – President

Andrew is co-founder of TPS with over 20 years experience in promotional marketing.
Andrew’s unique ability for developing innovative business and consumer oriented campaigns has fostered long term relationships with prominent North American accounts.
He has helped build and lead TPS to what it is today, a leading promotional and marketing company. In Andrew’s spare time, he is involved in coaching soccer, skiing with his family and spearheading the TPS community initiatives group focusing on giving back to the community and environment.


Paul Phillips – Chief Operating Officer

Having previously held the lead roles of President with Royal Doulton Canada & USA as well as VP and General Manager with Walt Disney Art Classics, Paul shares his remarkable background in his key role at TPS as General Manager/ Chief Operating Officer. Paul utilizes his great skills and studies in Marketing and Management, as productively ensures operational efficiency, and achievement of the company’s business plan financial performance.


John Furnish – Vice President of Business Development

In taking a lead role in key relationship development, John brings tremendous brand building experience and a rich sales and marketing services background to TPS and our clients. Having led and reengineered GEAR For Sports Canada through significant growth as President and COO, and having served as Vice President of Apparel for Reebok Canada, John's expertise in corporate apparel programs is unparalled.

Karen Nixon, Vice President – Professional Services

Karen Nixon has over ten years industry experience most recently building her knowledge and client base within the legal community. Karen, always delivers creative solutions, has an impressive track record and delivers consistent exceptional service. Currently she is building our Professional Services Division, which includes On-Line Solutions for HR Professionals, Rewards, Recognition, and Years of Service Awards. Karen continues to bring to the table, unique and exclusive customized gifting options, which her clients have come to expect. Her work as an Air Cadet Officer ensures attention to details and on-time delivery.


Lawrence Bender – Senior Account Manager

Having grown with TPS since 1997, Lawrence is highly skilled in all aspects of the premium, incentive and promotional products industry. Lawrence helps set TPS apart by his outstanding ability to assess client objectives and create unique promotion solutions. Lawrence also has a strong background in local and international sourcing, fulfillment and execution.


Cara Kowal, B.A. – Senior Account Manager

Cara joined The Promotional Specialist in 1995 as Sales Manager. Her outstanding commitment to ensuring the successful promotion for each client has earned her an industry wide reputation for excellence.

With a background in Marketing, Brandon brings a number of years in Account/Relationship Management experience to our team. With his exceptional customer service & value-add approach he provides his customers with a sense of comfort and reliability.
