INTRODUCTION

After a successful year by a national team, during a very challenging year due to COVID-19, TPS was presented with a request to provide options in how to gather a team together for team celebration, socializing and bonding in a virtual environment.

After further research, TPS provided the following options:

  • Cooking Together with HelloFresh
  • Iron Chocolatier with Chocolate Tales
  • Chocolate 101 with School of Chocolate
  • Baking Experience with Anna Olsen
  • Escape Room Experience with TeamBonding
  • Unleah Your Inner Artist with Yay Maker
  • Magical Times Together with Swaye Entertainment
  • Intimate and Interactive with David Usher
  • Murder Mystery with Slixer

Packages varied as per provider, but all included online virtual platform (such as Zoom) with breakout rooms for more intimate team settings, presentations by topic experts, project management, and complimentary gift packages shipped prior to event date.

Chosen: Iron Chocolatier—Truffle Making with Chocolate Tales

ABOUT BELL CANADA

Bell Canada (commonly referred to as Bell) is a Canadian telecommunications company, serving over 13 million phone lines and is headquartered at the Campus Bell complex in Montreal.

Its subsidiary Bell Aliant provides services in the Atlantic provinces. It provides mobile service through its Bell Mobility subsidiary, and television through its Bell Satellite TV and Bell Fibe TV subsidiaries.

Bell Canada is one of the main assets of the holding company BCE Inc., formerly known as Bell Canada Enterprises. In addition to the Bell Canada telecommunications properties, BCE also owns Bell Media (which operates mass media properties including the national CTV Television Network) and holds significant interests in the Montreal Canadiens ice hockey club and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, owner of several Toronto professional sports franchises.

Challenged with a large group (89 in total) within a well known brand, logistics and COVID-19 related limitations, TPS was able to present Bell with gifting options in non-perishable foods, fine wine glasses, non-alcoholic beverage, and kitchen accessories.

All of which was complimented with custom designed Holiday themed graphics within an online invitation platform and printed card-stock inserts per shipped gift box.

All participants received their gift boxes and enjoyed an event filled with chocolate truffle making, tasting and history!
