TPS Promotions & Incentives is Once Again Recognized by PPB Magazine as One of The Greatest Companies to Work For!

Our Awesome Team has done it again!

This year, TPS Promotions & Incentives is the sole Canadian promotional products distributor ranked as one of the Greatest Companies to Work For in the industry! When asked to rate TPS on indicators such as fair compensation, growth & learning opportunities, and how likely they are to recommend our company to others, our crew answered positively to PPB’S annual survey questions. During a year that saw fewer companies make the list (52 in 2021), our team members’ engagement, passion and appreciation keeps our culture ranking amongst the best in the industry.

Humbled & Honoured

“We’re humbled and honoured by the recognition. To our knowledge, we are the only Canadian distributor to receive this award this year,” says Aaron Moscoe, CEO of TPS Promotions & Incentives.  In addition, Moscoe states: “Our TPS culture is strong because we actively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement. We certainly recognize that not every moment is sunshine and roses, yet we collectively do our best to bring any issues forward and tackle them head-on as a team”.

The Process

To compete for this recognition, PPAI member companies in the U.S. and Canada had to voluntarily be nominated by an employee. After that, staff members were given the option to complete a confidential 15-question online survey that covers topics such as benefits, resources, culture, leadership, and company direction. Finally, companies were also required to meet a percentage of completed surveys to be considered for eligibility.

We Keep Working to make TPS Better

Nominations began in March and employees voted on their companies in April 2022 making this recognition unique as it rests mainly on employee satisfaction and general perception of company culture.  In that sense, Aaron Moscoe praised his team with the following statement: “THANK YOU!  This is your award, because you are awesome, and you make our culture great!” “Let’s celebrate our wins, and most importantly, let’s keep working together to make TPS better!”
