Based in Phoenix, Arizona, and helmed by Ray Delmuro, Refresh Glass began operations out of his garage in 2008 and in just 14 years’ time, the company has grown substantially and now processes hundreds of thousands of rescued bottles per year with help from their collection partners, vendors, crew, and local community upcycling glass from local bars, pubs, and breweries.
